TRAINING SUPPORT

Oak Grove Technologies provides training and education support services that adhere to industry-accepted practices of instructional systems design (ISD). We apply a blended ISD framework that is grounded in the ADDIE model of training development—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This framework identifies the key domain components that support each phase of development, as well as the core products required to support instructor or classroom-based instruction, e-Learning courseware, and blended approaches.

Training is an essential component of a human resources life cycle and human capital and learning strategy.  Training cannot be a separate component that is assimilated later on. As organizations change to respond to new developments in their mission, stakeholders’ needs, strategy, or technology, their employees must understand the change and will probably need to acquire new knowledge, skills, or abilities to ensure its success. We analyze the learning needs and technological capabilities of organizations to ensure that learning tasks are fulfilled.  Our objective is to incorporate training as part of a larger people strategy that focuses on learning, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
