Diane Hill has been OGT’s lead recruiter for more than four years.  By working closely with project managers, she is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings across multiple divisions.  Being adept at ensuring a strong match between candidates and position requirements, she impacts the overall success of the company's staffing and recruitment efforts. With a background that includes more than 30 years of active military leadership and training responsibilities, her skill and personality provide a remarkable combination of interpersonal strengths coupled with solid attention to detail.
