Madelyn “Mady” Bica is our OGT Recruiter. She excels at collaborating with our division leaders to understand job requirements, source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Mady possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Her previous experience in sales provides her with the essential skills such as establishing and maintaining excellent relationships.  She is a critical part of shaping our workforce and contributing to the success of OGT by attracting top talent.
