Colonel (Retired) Richard Haggerty is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Oak Grove Technologies (OGT). In November 2019, Rich retired from the U.S. Army with more than 32 years of distinguished service as a transformational leader at multiple echelons, an armed reconnaissance helicopter pilot, a special operations professional, and an acquisition program manager. Rich is an expert in manned/unmanned aviation operations, Army, Joint, and Special Operations Forces (SOF) requirements, budgeting, and contracting, live and virtual training, test and evaluation, and cyber operations. As COO, Rich leads a dynamic portfolio of defense, SOF, cyber, intelligence, and technology-based training and services projects that support global requirements. His expertise and leadership have helped the team transition into a mid-size industry leader in multiple domains.
