OAK GROVE TECHNOLOGIES WINS ELEARNING WORK WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS

Washington, DC – Oak Grove Technologies is proud to announce that it will be designing and developing several new eLearning courses for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). These courses will cover topics in the areas of customer service skills and compensation benefit exams. The customer service courses will integrate Level III IMI (interactive multimedia instruction) elements including a conversation tool which will require learners to react and gauge these reactions on a weighted scale. The compensation benefit exam courses will include extensive video segments.

Oak Grove has developed a wide variety of courses for the VA under the VA Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) contract. This Indefinite delivery / Indefinite quantity (IDIQ) provides the Employee Education System (EES) with educational and electronic multimedia products. Oak Grove is a prime contractor on this vehicle. We have a team of professionals—curriculum developers, instructional designers, graphic artists, multimedia developers, and programmers—with extensive experience in instructional systems design (ISD) who provide customized training materials and instruction to the VA and other government agencies.
